The Ale Room recently sent a handful of their new supplies to Baron Towers, from two breweries that I've not tried before, Nobby's from Northamptonshire and Bexar County from Peterborough:
|
Middle bottle doesn't even have a name! |
Bexar County Brewery
- Falcon IPA - 7.7% true American IPA. Well balanced but hoppy through & through. If you are a hophead, this is the one for you!
- Papa Steve - 9% Imperial Stout, this extremely limited edition beer is packed with flavours of burnt toast,
dark chocolate and hints of toffee with an impeccably smooth finish. The name Papa Steve will not be seen on the
front of the bottle, but will be known as being so because of the Red Cap
- San Jacinto - 6.9% American styled IPA. The six hop additions lead to a well rounded IPA
Nobby's Brewery
- T'owd Navigation - 6.1% strong dark ale from years gone by, rich in malt and hop flavours
- Wild West - 4.6% award winning mahogany ale, full bodied and flavoursome
Look out for
baron ratings for these
The Ale Room beers soon, and a big thank you to
Andrew (@TheAleRoom) for sending them through to me!
