Hi

Is it common for breweries to do these sort of one of special editions?

Shepherd Neame seam to do a special at least in bottle form once a month. However it only seams to be available in their brewery shop. I would like to try this adnams NZ but am unlikely to just because I can't get to buy it.

Most breweries do a guest beer each month, not all of the bottle it though.

You can actually buy this in mini-cask direct from Adnams: http://cellarandkitchen.adnams.co.uk/catalog/product/beer/2-x-adnams-new-zealand-pale-ale-5ltr-mini-casks-40-abv
