We recently reviewed George Wright's Mount Hood 51 [baron rating 5/5] and as they are a local brewery (they are in Rainford just ten miles from Ormskirk) I got in touch to see if we could buy a couple of cases from them.
Chris and I popped down there last Friday lunchtime to collect our ale and have a flying look around, and based on what we saw and talked about we will definitely be back there soon for a more in-depth look around to feature in my Baron on Tour series.
As we were talking to Shaun and head brewer Keith they mentioned that they have redone their Dream Ale to be a single hopped ale using the Polish Marynka hop and they wanted us to review it for them:
