Of topical interest are Moorhouses's three original Hop Bitter's - on whom the company's early successes were founded. Old Kent Mild, Old Peter Stout, and Old Boss Bitter - all came in at under 2% ABV, and would therefore have benefited greatly under the new tax proposals! They stopped making them back in the 70's... if only they'd had the political foresight!
